Also be prepared/detailed with special requests (e.g. custom lengths/grades) if these are necessary.

All orders, unless specifically specified will be Alpine Original® (new wood) or Heritage® (reclaimed) grade and come in variable lengths.

Lead Time – We custom mill most orders.  Therefore, keep in mind that orders require 2 – 8 weeks depending on size and options.

Payment Options

Orders can be paid for by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Changing an Order

We know that things often change and we want you to get exactly what you want/need.  If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately so we can make sure those changes are made by the time you need the order if possible.  However, please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it without additional charges.
